Valérie Grenier

Grenier began making a name for herself on the international circuit at the tender age of 19 and appears to be well on her way to podium performances at the World Cup, World Championship, and Olympic Games levels. Grenier turned heads when she placed 13th in the St. Moritz (SUI) super G in 2015; her third ever World Cup start. She then solidified her place on the international circuit when she claimed first-place in the downhill, second-place in the super G and seventh-place in the giant slalom events at the 2016 World Junior Championships. Grenier also had a strong 2015-16 season on the Nor-Am circuit, finishing second-place overall. The trajectory of Grenier’s results indicates that she could be a contender at both the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Games, making her one to watch closely season-to-season.
