Laurence St-Germain

The 2015-16 season was this Mont Sainte-Anne, Que. native’s first with the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. St-Germain had a breakout 2014-15 season,finishing fourth overall in the NorAm slalom standings and clearly brought this momentum with her into the 2015-16 season where she claimed the second-place overall spot in the slalom standings. She is a sophomore at the University of Vermont (UVM), and has continued to be a force on the NCAA collegiate circuit, adding to her vast collection of significant podium finishes. St-Germain intends to continue pursuing studies in computer science at UVM while representing Canada on the World Cup and NorAm circuits. She has a true passion for sports and competed in cycling and basketball before focusing her energies on skiing.
